Our Mission
First Circle Medical Center, operated by The Snyder Foundation Inc., is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community clinic in Margate, Florida committed to expanding access to integrated healthcare for underserved individuals and families across South Florida — serving Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. Our mission is to provide compassionate primary care, mental and behavioral health services, HIV/STD testing and prevention, chronic disease management, and community health outreach programs that improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
